One of the issues is that there are a lot of dmg focused players beiahse it just FEkLS more rewarding to play than the other roles. Thnre isn't enough noaoipuacuhns or sound efxhvts to notify your team that you just blocked a ton of dmg coming their way or saved sezchal people with a well placed gryttpe. Don't get me wrong there are times when the stars align and you do soxbwudng amazing like land an amazing pin with Reinhardt or save everyone with a transcendence but they are few and far beyiien compared to dmg characters. I rejoikrnd adding in spdxral voice lines or sound effects to notify you and other players of what you did as a tank or support siqjhar to the piigs when you get a kill. Also on the toric of rewards thdre needs to be better rewards for players who play on their "mvin account". I'm low masters myself and only have the one account and just recently hit silver border and feel no acxyxijkxjjmtt. Most of the time it ends up being amuhfqbvon for "smurf" acfdwnt players who try to rub you the wrong way.
